Virtual Lines at Epic Universe: Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry

Planning your visit to Universal’s Epic Universe just got a little easier: for now Universal is opperating a virtual queue system in place for the thrilling Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry attraction. Instead of waiting in a traditional standby line for hours, missing out on valuable park time, guests now have the chance to reserve their spot theoretically making your day at the park smoother and more enjoyable.

Here’s the lowdown on how it works:

1. Get Connected: Make sure you’re logged into the Universal Orlando Resort app.

2. Link Your Tickets: Ensure that your park tickets—or during the preview period, your special preview tickets—are linked for every member of your party.

3. Book Your Return Time: Find the Battle at the Ministry ride within the app and choose a return time. Currently, return windows are offered at three set times on the same day 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. Keep in mind, these times may shift, ***they already have once, so checking the app on the day of your visit is essential. There is also a QR code that can be scanned on a sign outside the entrance to the attraction.

While Universal hasn't officially confirmed whether this virtual queue will remain once Epic Universe opens its gates to the public, it certainly seems like a guest-friendly way to cut down on wait times, and who doesn’t want more time to enjoy the magical lands?
