Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party 2024

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is back for 2024. Join in the jovial holiday party at the Magic Kingdom with one of a kind Christmas themed shows, parades, character meet and greets and more. Enjoy the snow falling on Main Street U.S.A. and complimentary Christmas treats, plus a chance to visit with Santa Claus. There are free holiday cookies and drinks peppered throughout the park, plus the opportunity to purchase extra special drinks and snacks created exclusively for the party - including fun holiday themed adult beverages. Let's dive into the ins and outs of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.



When is MVMCP?

There are 25 party dates for 2024

November 8th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 21st, 22nd, 26th, 27th, 29th

December 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th, and 20th. 

Are any of the MVMCP dates sold out?

As of November 5, 2024 eight party dates have sold out: November 8, 11, 12, 14, December 3, 5, 6, and 20. We expect weekends to sell out relatively soon as well as December 15th, 17th, and 19th.

What is the cost of MVMCP?

Prices start at $169 for ages 10 and up and $159 for ages 3-9. Click here for exact pricing by date.

Are there any discounts available for MVMCP?

On select nights Annual Passholders or Disney Vacation Club members can save $10 on tickets.

What are the hours of MVMCP?

It runs from 7pm - Midnight. People with tickets to MVMCP can enter the park at 4PM, before the party officially starts.

Do I need a theme park ticket or a reservation to attend MVMCP? 

This is a hard ticketed event, no regular theme park ticket or reservation are required. Guests with a ticket to MVMCP will be admitted to the Magic Kingdom starting at 4pm. The fun festivities begin at 7pm.



What exclusive activities are available at MVMCP?

Details are still being released for 2024 but the merriment includes exclusive holiday character meet and greets as well as:

  • Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show

    • 10pm

    • This combination of projections and fireworks is delightful, but the viewing area in front of the castle will be quite crowded. For a less chaotic experience consider watching from the Rapunzel bathrooms or near Gaston's Tavern. 


  • Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade (runs from Frontierland to Main Street U.S.A.) 

    • 8:30pm and 11pm

    • The parade runs approximately 20 minutes and features toy soldiers, reindeer, gingerbread men, Disney characters dressed in the holiday finery plus the jolly old man himself. Disney pipes in the best holiday smells. It will even "snow" on Main Street. Pro-tip - the best spots to watch the parade are on Main Street near the front of the park, however this area will be very crowded. The second parade will have much lighter crowds. 



  • Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration (Stage show at Cinderella Castle)

    • 7:40pm, 9:25pm, 10:35pm, and 11:55pm

    • Classic Disney Characters sing and dance to your favorite Holiday songs.

  • Frozen Holiday Surprise (Stage show at Cinderella's Castle)

    • 8:15pm

    • Join Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf as they decorate Cinderella's Castle in this delightful 7 minute show

  • Holiday Overlays on the

    • Jungle Cruise: "Jingle Cruise" complete with holiday themes puns and decore

    • Tomorrowland Speedway: Holiday soundtrack and thousands of lights

    • Space Mountain: Upbeat holiday tunes and festive lights

    • Mad Tea Party: 4 different wacky combination of holiday music and lights

    • Monsters Inc Laugh Floor: Fun seasonal show full of ho ho hos and ha ha has.

  • Club Tinsel Dance Party (Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland) featuring Santa Goofy, Max, Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, and Chip ‘n’ Dale

  • Disney Junior Jingle Jam Dance Party (Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe) featuring Timon, Vampirina, Fancy Nancy, and Doc McStuffins

  • Special Character Meet and Greets in their best holiday duds. 

    • Fantasyland: Snow White and her Prince; Aurora and Prince Phillip; Cinderella and Prince Charming; Anna and Elsa; Belle in her Christmas dress; Ariel and Prince Eric, Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger in their holiday scarves; Alice and the White Rabbit; Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum; and Mirabel and Bruno

    • Storybook Circus: Santa Goofy, Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Scrooge McDuck

      • Santa Claus – NEW this year visit Santa’s Christmas Carnival complete with exclusive photo-ops, crafts, and other activities.

    • Liberty Square:  Tiana and Naveen, Mary Poppins

    • Adventureland: Captain Jack Sparrow, Jasmine, the Genie, and Moana

    • Tomorrowland: Stitch in his holiday shirt

    • Main Street U.S.A.: Jack Skellington and Sally, and Mickey Mouse

  • Special PhotoPass opportunities and Magic Shots




Are there any fun treats and special drinks at the Christmas Party?

One of our favorite fun perks of the party are the complimentary cookie and drinks. Much like trick or treating at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, these are set up at stations throughout the park. Look for the candy cane to know you are heading to the right spot.



Here is a list of the updated stations for 2024:

  • Tortuga Tavern (Adventureland) — Red velvet cake cookie and Apple Cider

  • Columbia Harbour House (Liberty Square) — Caramel pretzel chocolate chip cookie and Hot Cocoa

  • Gaston's Tavern (Fantasyland) — Gingerbread Cookie with Buttercream Frosting and Eggnog

  • Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe (Tomorrowland) — Classic iced sugar cookie and Hot Cocoa

  • The Lunching Pad (Tomorrowland) — Sugar cookie and Apple Cider

All of the cookies are individually wrapped and there are allergen-friendly and gluten-free options at each location as well.

  • Fantasyland – Peter Pan’s Flight, Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, “it’s a small world”, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Barnstormer, Mad Tea Party (with holiday twist), Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid

Will Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass be able to be used during the party?

No, they are not available during the party, but wait times are generally lower, so for the most part they are not necessary.

Will there be a virtual queue for Tiana's Bayou Adventure during the party?

No, there will not be a virtual queue for Tiana;s Bayou adventure. The ride will be available with a stand by line.
