Gideon’s Bakehouse, located in the heart of Disney Springs near Morimoto Asia and Wine Bar George, concocts irresistibly scrumptious cookies and treats. They are renowned for its show-stopping cookies—each nearly half a pound of irresistible indulgence! With a delectably buttery texture and a rich chocolate flavor, these treats are a must-try. Made from scratch every day, each cookie is the result of over 24 hours of preparation.

In fact these cookies are so popular that they've had to introduce a virtual queue system to keep things moving smoothly. Let's look at how to join the queue so you are guarenteed a shot at this little slice of heaven.

The adventure begins early, with a standby line forming right at the entrance as soon as the parking garages open at 9 a.m. Initially, guests join the standby line, and around 11 a.m. (or whenever needed, as the timing can vary), employees with shift the process to a virtual queue. At this point, simply head over to the spot near the bridge where you'll give an employee your name and phone number. They’ll give you a call-time estimate. Later an employee will text you when it’s time to return to the store.

The beauty of this system is that you’re free to explore Disney Springs or relax until your treat time arrives! You actually do not have to stay at Disney Springs, but don't bop to far away, you do not want to miss your return time.

Do keep in mind that there may be a brief wait (around 10-15 minutes) when you enter the store, and in order to close on time each evening, they must cut off the virtual queue around 7 p.m. So plan accordingly and enjoy the experience, knowing that your delicious delights are just on the horizon.
