Extra Magical Hours

Updated: Sep 14, 2023

Guests staying on property get extra theme park time - Early Entry for all on-sight guests and Extended Evening for Deluxe Resort guests. Let's look at what that means and how best to take advantage of this extra park time.

Early Theme Park Entry

If you are staying at one of the Disney resorts or a Disney Springs hotel, you can make use of Early Theme Park Entry and enter the park 30 minutes before non-resort guests. Not sure if your hotel qualifies? Click here to check on the official Walt Disney World website.

We highly recommend using Early Theme Park Entry in order to beat the crowds and spend less time in line for some of the more popular attractions. Not every attraction opens early, so you need a clear strategy to take advantage of this. Read our blog post here for more information on which attractions open early and our best advice on how to get the most out of your Early Entry time at each park.

Extended Evenings

Guests at Disney Deluxe Resorts and Villas are able to attend Extended Evening hours at the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.
